  would leave a negative star if I could. They never answer the phone and never return your calls and never come out to investigate the issues. They collected my cat because he is friendly and easy to catch and it cost me $45 to get him back and I got a ticket for $250 for allowing my cat to be at large which I had to go to court and still paid $50 for in court. They never collect any strays or charge anyone else with at large or they don't care and never collect their animals. They are no help at all, just an aggravation.

  I had the worse experience with people who claim they want to help stray and injured animals. We found a stray female pup or dog who was very sweet but in very poor condition all around. My husband cleaned her up and I feed her. I wish I could keep her but I'm not sure of the vet costs and I already have a boy pitbull that's killing our pockets. So I literally tried for hours to go to SPCA locations, Emergency vets, and this place that will not take her. Long story short I called the emergency vet to see what I could do since no one else was willing to help or closed when the websites stated differently. She gave me this number to this Iocation to call but it was closed and it was directed to call 911 for someone to call me back. About 45mins a lady called back and I told this chick what's going on and instead of b her coming to get the dog she wanted me to keep the dog until Monday and leave it on my porch for them to come pick her up. Even though they are supposed to be working until 8pm it's was 15 before 7. This chick doesn't know my living situation, small kids, or can even have a porch. She wasn't even sure what time she's coming Monday and who tells people this do your dang job. I really hope they get more funding or find a better workers who actually care about rescuing the pets because she will definitely make someone's day. Now because of this lazy chick my dad is going to drop her off for me Monday and hopefully these people got theit stuff together.
