- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Worst service ever... lady in the office extremely rude and did not put in a work order for my connection of service. 5 days later still cannot resolve, and still no service. They are trying to blame Charleston water systems when it is clearly Berkeley county water and sanitation who is not doing their job. Planning to call BBB. Though it won't do much good.
